Spring is finally here, and it has us in the mood to add some fresh decor to our homes! It’s time to brighten things up with the colors of the season, put out some flowers, and enjoy all of the greenery. But if you’re like us, you don’t want to spend a ton of money – or time – to get that look. We’re searching for quick and easy ideas, so that we can get the project done and get on with enjoying the results. So this week we want to share some of the best ideas we’ve found with you!
We are in LOVE with this gorgeous DIY spring tulip wreath! You’ll definitely want to watch for sales and coupons to bring the cost of supplies down, but we think the result is worth it.
This project uses dollar store supplies to make lovely little topiary trees that could be used on into summer. You could add some tiny spring flowers to them if you wanted a little more color.
Upcycle old glass jars by adding some vintage apothecary labels (printable included) and then popping in some fresh flowers.
If you have a magnolia tree, this wreath would be an inexpensive way to add some greenery to your home.
This cute little bunny garland made from old book pages couldn’t be easier! It would make a fun project to do with the kids.
Another fun kid project! Upcycle old rainboots to make whimsical containers for your plants.
So. Cute! Grab unfinished candlesticks and birdhouses at your local craft store to create this colorful spring project, or adapt it a bit to use upcycled materials.
To be fair, this project does take a little more work, but it’s so cute we couldn’t resist adding it to the list. It uses old picture frames to build an indoor terrarium that will be an eye-catching centerpiece and bring the colors of spring indoors.
Hopefully that gives you some inspiration for adding spring color to your home! Which project is your favorite? Do you have other ideas for us? Let us know!
